Why publish the roadmap

Trust improves when customers can distinguish vision from maturity.

AFA does not believe early-stage companies should hide ambition, but ambitious ideas should not be described as if they already exist at production scale. Public status labels are therefore part of the company’s governance approach.

Available

A current engagement or capability AFA is prepared to discuss and scope.

In development / proposed

A defined initiative being designed, assembled or prepared, but not represented as fully operational.

R&D / concept

A research, prototype or longer-term direction that may change as evidence and capability develop.
